A Eulogy for Emperor Norton...?

Hi.

I teach at a Middle School. I've been asked, quite by chance, to say something on January 10 in Assembly, and I'd like to have it be related to Emperor Norton...

Does anyone have the text of his proclamation handy, and maybe some obituary or another that I could read aloud tomorrow?
